Jacqueline (Jackie) is a native of Springfield, Illinois and is the youngest child of seven and the proud mother of three daughters – Candace, Joele & Jailin.

Jackie is an active participant in community organizations and ministries such as:

• Sisters United For Christ
• Springfield/Sangamon County Continuum of Care
• United Way Board
• Chair -- Diversity Development Council (Springfield Chamber) 
• Illinois Women in Leadership
• Delta Sigma Theta Sorority
• The Fantastic Jones Family Gospel Ministry Group

Jackie has a passion to make a difference in the lives of people and has committed her efforts to initiatives that promote that passion.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Master of Arts in Public Administration and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield.

Jackie currently serves as the Executive Director of the Springfield Housing Authority.
